Change In TIR Compensation Plan

The matching payment for a sponsor was 100% paid to the sponsor in the system, but the sponsor could change if another member Paid It Forward for a free member.

This is no longer the case.

New Rules:

We now have Both a Sponsor and a Beneficiary for all members and it is often the case that the Sponsor is also the Beneficiary. The Sponsor ALWAYS receives 50% of the t1 matching payments for any referral they have made and the Beneficiary receives the other 50% of all t1 matching payments. The 50% equates to $20 in the Bronze plan, $2,500 in the Silver plan and $12,500 in the Gold plan; a total of $15,020 A MONTH, for helping someone out with a one time $20 PIF. This is a change on 23rd September 2025 from the original plan which commenced 18th September 2025 and is not retrospective.

This is much better for the Sponsor as they will always retain any referrals and claim the lion's share of all benefits, regardless of who pays for the member.
