Changes coming to TIR
We have introduced a Qualified Status for members and made Qualification simple and easy.
To become “Qualified” it is only necessary to refer one Bronze Member in a month to qualify for the following month.
Qualification must be met again once the qualified period has expired.
Example: You refer a Bronze Member in December and are qualified for January.
It does not matter how many you refer in December and it does not matter how your referral attains Bronze Membership (Self-funded, paid for by his sponsor, another member, or the system).
In this example, Qualification expires at the end of January and needs to be regained for any future month in the same way. Once a member has Qualified on 3 separate occasions, Qualification becomes permanent.
Benefits of Qualification.
A referral bonus is available instantly in the month of referral and in all qualified months when a renewal of any subscription is paid. This bonus is $5 for a Bronze Membership, $5 for a Silver Membership and $15 for a Gold Membership. Renewal bonus payments for any month where the sponsor is not qualified are forfeited.
Qualified members may make unlimited withdrawals in a month to the full value of their withdrawable commissions.
Unqualified members may only make one withdrawal a month and are limited to a maximum of 10% or $100, whichever is the smaller, of their withdrawable income, . The remaining balance is locked until such time as they become qualified. $100 may not seem to be a great deal, but it can be life changing income in some countries and is available to anyone who pays nothing and refers no-one. It’s simply a free cash handout!
Example: If an unqualified member receives withdrawable income of $40 in January and $800 in February, and $2,000 in March; he may withdraw up to $4 in January (with $36 locked), upto $80 in February (with $720 locked), and up to $100 in March (with $1,900 locked). The locked total is never lost and becomes available in any qualified month.
Why the change?
The idea behind this change is to encourage all members to refer at least 3 people, and when that happens everyone will benefit with much faster and greater income being generated.
We know and understand that people are unique and some make referral easy while others make it hard. Because of this we are creating a co-op advertising plan that anyone can join and hopefully (we can’t make guarantees), make referrals without any personal activity. It should also be pointed out that referring others massively increases your income potential.
There is no requirement for you to find people who are willing to pay for membership, and you can help people to improve their financial situation simply by registering and verifying their ID. Frankly EVERYONE knows many people who can benefit from Thinking Into Reality and to deny them the option to join is neglectful and selfish.
It should be understood, that to help others to help themselves, spiritualises ambition and that whenever you help others you are helping yourself.
